How long will it take to receive my order?
We are able to create your custom jewelry and prepare it for shipping within a few business days. Please note that during the busy holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas), orders may take up to 5 business days to assemble and ship.
Can I have my order rushed?
Yes. When placing your order please note a request for rush shipping. The cost to incur a rush fee is $20 in addition to the cost of shipping, and will be billed separate from your original order. The extra fee of $20 will allow your order to be bumped to the top of our list and guarantee that it will leave our studio within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
My necklace is tarnishing, what do I do?
Sterling silver naturally tarnishes when exposed to air and other elements. Tarnish collects on the surface of the jewelry and simply needs to be polished off periodically using a polishing cloth. The polishing cloth can be used to rub or polish the metal’s dull surface that has started to occur to keep your jewelry shiny and tarnish-free. The best solution for tarnish is prevention. Wearing your jewelry is one method of prevention because the silver is constantly being rubbed (and polished) against your skin. When not being worn, store your K&S jewelry in a closed jewelry box to reduce exposure to sulfur in the air and away from other tarnished jewelry.
Can I buy just a charm?
Can I have something stamped on the back of the charm?
Unless noted in the product description, we can only stamp on one side of the charm. We have several two-sided or four-sided name charms that can be stamped on multiple sides.
What if I need to have my jewelry re-done?
Occasionally there will be an error in the sizing or in the spelling of names. If there is an error and it is our mistake, once the jewelry is returned and the mistake is verified, we are happy to send out a corrected item and will reimburse any shipping fees. If the error is not our mistake and you are simply dissatisfied with the product, then the piece is yours to keep. We reserve the right to judge our own quality and we strive to send out the highest quality of hand stamped jewelry. We cannot remake or partially refund without the original piece returned. Please note that we can not accept returns without prior approval. For approval, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to note your order ID in the email subject line. We always recommend returning your purchase using an insured service.
What kind of stones do you use?
We use Swarovski crystals, the highest quality crystal glass from Switzerland.
Can I add a charm or stone at a later date?
Yes, of course. We sell replacement charms and stones if your product becomes damaged or lost.
I have had allergic reactions to sterling silver in the past, will I be able to wear this jewelry?
Our jewelry is created with .925 sterling silver, the highest grade of silver available for jewelry making. If you have had a previous allergic reaction to silver, we ask that you do not order our jewelry. Due to the stamping process, we are unable to coat our jewelry with the hypoallergenic coating which prevents allergic reactions.
Can I change my order after it is placed?
If you would like to cancel or change your order please call us at 913-583-0118 or email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that our system is designed to ship orders quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we can not change an order once it has entered production.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally to select countries. We ship using USPS shipping and there is a $30 shipping charge. Delivery time is not guaranteed for international orders due to customs delays and each country’s internal mail system. Additional duty charges may apply for international orders – K&S Impressions is not responsible for any additional duties assessed. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to determine duties prior to placing an order.
