Return and Exchange Policy

K&S Impressions’ goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality service and merchandise. Because many of our products are custom designed at the time an order is placed, we ask that you please make your selection very carefully as these items are not returnable.

K&S Impressions reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse service to anyone at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders for items that have been advertised at a wrong price, discounted rate, have incurred an unusually long back order time or have been discontinued. We also reserve the right to cancel any order which was posted to the site with errors of color, style or price. If we cancel your order after we have charged your account, we will refund the amount charged to your original method of payment within 30 days.

All made-to-order products require payment in full upon order. Because we craft these items to your specifications, K&S Impressions cannot accept returns or cancellations on these products and all sales will be final.

If there is an error with your order and the error is on our part, RETURN FORM once the jewelry is returned and the mistake is verified we are happy to send out a corrected item or refund your money. The original piece must be returned to us in order for us to send out a replacement item. Simply include your receipt for return shipping in your package and we will refund that amount to the original credit card used to place the order if the error is found to be on our part.

Before sending your return, you must complete our  and receive verification of receipt of this form from K&S Impressions.

If you do not have the original packing materials, the item should be taken to your local packaging store to assure proper mailing procedures. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in the mail. Once your returned product is received, we will issue a credit within 30 business days (please allow up to one month for the credit to appear on your credit card statement).
