What is the time frame for a typical order?
Once we receive your order, we are able to create your custom jewelry and prepare it for shipping within 10 business days. Please note that this time frame does not apply during the following holidays: Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day. Orders placed during these times may take up to 20 business days to create and ship.

Can I have my order rushed?
Yes. When placing your order please note a request for rush shipping. The cost incur a rush fee of $25.00 in addition to the cost of shipping, and will be billed separate from your original order. Your order will leave 1-3 business days after the order is placed. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

What if I need to have my jewelry re-done?
Occasionally there will be an error in the sizing or in the spelling of names. If the error is on our part, we request that you return the jewelry to K&S Impressions. We will correct our mistake and ship your purchase within 5 business days. If the error is on your part, we ask that you return the jewelry, and we will create a new piece. Please note that we will not accept returns without prior approval. For approval, please contact us at kandsimpressions@gmail.com and be sure to note your order ID in the email subject line. We always recommend returning your purchase using an insured service.

What kind of stones do you use?
The stones are Swarovski crystal, the highest quality crystal glass from Switzerland.

Can I add a charm or stone at a later date?
Yes, of course. We sell replacement charms and stones if your product becomes damaged or lost.

I have had allergic reactions to sterling silver in the past, will I be able to wear this jewelry?
Our jewelry is created with .925 sterling silver, the highest grade of silver available for jewelry making. If you have had a previous allergic reaction to silver, we ask that you do not order our jewelry. Due to the stamping process, we are unable to coat our jewelry with the hypoallergenic coating which prevents allergic reactions.

Do you offer your jewelry in gold?
No. Gold is a much harder metal and does not imprint to our specifications. For this reason, we do not offer gold or gold-plated jewelry.

Can I change my order after it is placed?
If you would like to cancel or change your order please call us at 913-583-0118 or email us as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that our system is designed to ship orders quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we can not change an order once it has entered production.

Can you ship internationally?
If shipping outside the US please note that there may be brokerage fees and taxes on your shipment. The recipient is responsible for these charges. We ship using USPS Express shipping and there is a $30 shipping charge. These shipping charges are in addition to the standard shipping fees, and will be billed separate from your original purchase. The orders will be shipped within 10 business days and there are no rush options available.
